EntityFeed Terms of Service

Version 0.1, effective 5 November 2026.

1. Who we are

EntityFeed is operated by WebiSfer s.r.o., trading as Tessarel, Talinská 2388/9, 040 12 Košice, Slovakia, company ID 57 475 687, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, section Sro, file 65153/V ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

EntityFeed gives software and AI assistants access to company records through an MCP server. It reads from the public registers listed on the home page, currently the Slovak Register of Legal Entities (RPO) and the Czech ARES, and returns them in one format. EU VAT number validation is not part of the service.

3. Business use only

The service is for businesses, developers and other professional users. By registering you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer. If you register for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

4. Accounts and keys

You register with an email address and receive one API key. Keep it secret: we store only a hash and cannot show it again. You are responsible for use of your key. Tell us without delay if it is exposed.

5. Plan and limits

The free plan includes 100 queries per calendar month (UTC). Every tool call counts as a query, including calls answered from cache and calls that fail because a source is unavailable. Unused queries do not carry over. Above the limit, calls are refused until the next month.

6. Paid plan

There is no paid plan on sale and we take no payment. Its price will be announced. If we offer one, it will come with its own terms, and you decide whether to buy it.

7. Data and its limits

Records come from public registers that we do not control. They are informational, are not official extracts, and may be incomplete, outdated or cached (each response shows its source and retrieval time). Check anything important against the register itself. Do not rely on the service as your only basis for a legal, tax, credit or compliance decision. Nothing we provide is legal or tax advice.

Each source has its own conditions:

8. Acceptable use

You must not: share or resell your key; use several accounts to avoid limits; attack, overload or probe the service; use the service for bulk copying of a register; remove source attribution; or use the data unlawfully, including for unsolicited marketing. You are responsible for your own lawful basis when a record you process relates to an identifiable person, for example a sole trader.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the service as is and do not promise a particular uptime. A source can become unavailable or change its conditions, and we may then limit or remove that source. We may change or end the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service. You may close your account at any time by email.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or decisions made using the data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to EUR 50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Assignment

We may assign or transfer this agreement, including all our rights and obligations, to another company, for example when the product is sold or moved to a separate company. You agree to this in advance. We will tell you by email, at the latest when the transfer takes effect, and you may then end the agreement. You may not assign the agreement without our written consent.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms with 30 days notice by email. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change applies.

14. Governing law

Slovak law governs these terms. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction.
