What we process about account holders

We do not store your full API key. Query contents are cached by company ID or search text without a link to your key.
Company records returned by the service
The service returns records from public registers (currently RPO and ARES). Some can relate to a person, for example a sole trader's name and address. We do not return data on directors or beneficial owners. We pass these records on under our legitimate interest in giving access to public register data. You may object or ask for a correction through the contact above. The register itself remains the source.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc., United States, which carries traffic to the service.
- Contabo GmbH, Germany, our hosting provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards they offer. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk) or your local authority.

We will announce material changes by email.
